Menka Hariani is a Harvard alumna and a Stanford Advanced Cybersecurity–certified professional. Her expertise has earned her numerous accolades, including recognition among the U.S. Top 50 Women of Impact in Tech (2023), a nomination for Emerging Tech Leader (2024) at Harvard University, and Woman of the Year winner for Innovation & Mentorship (2025). In 2024, she also received an Exemplary Award from MIT for her groundbreaking research in Designing and Building Products & Services Using AI.

As a visionary product leader with 15+ years of experience, Menka specializes in product innovation, design, and delivery. She is deeply passionate about data-driven decision-making and harnessing advanced technologies to develop products that consistently exceed customer expectations. Over the course of her career, she has made significant contributions to the technology sector, working with globally recognized organizations including Harvard University, Dun & Bradstreet, Allstate Identity Protection and Lookout—where she led AT&T’s mobile product portfolio. She currently serves as an Assistant Vice President of Digital Enablement at MAPFRE USA.

For more than a decade, Menka has been closely associated with Harvard University, initially as a core member of the Cloud Security Faculty Team. In this role, she helped design the curriculum, teaching the foundations of building secure cloud architectures from the ground up. She has mentored and coached more than 350 cybersecurity professionals, including C-level executives, in secure cloud architecture and migration strategies—empowering them to think critically and solve complex challenges in the evolving cybersecurity landscape. Currently, she serves as a Faculty Mentor at the Harvard Extension School and as an Advisory Council for Harvard Business Review. She also works part-time as a guest lecturer at Northeastern University.

In addition to her industry and academic leadership, Menka is a sought-after speaker at global conferences, where she addresses emerging technology trends, product leadership strategies, and the intersection of technology and culture.
